Listen and Obey.

From the Desk of "GOD's Precious Pearls"

Happy Spring to you all……Many have already gotten this download/revelation from Heaven.  I have been hearing this in my spirit for awhile, but now it has resonated even more and I feel compelled to share it.

What I heard in my spirit a long time ago, was to listen to what I’m hearing on waking from deep sleep.  Sometimes we may hear a song deep within the recesses of our spirit ministering to us. I tell you the truth; many times it is almost audible.  We hear GOD’s voice in the quiet moments and what better quiet moment this is…..Undisturbed and uncluttered.  Keep a note pad on your nightstand, or use the notes/memo icon on your phone to immediately record.   GOD’s Word tells us that in the last days, He will pour out His Spirit on all flesh, Joel2:28.   We will have dreams and visions and we will prophesy.

I am so grateful and feel so honored for the many downloads/revelations.  These may be personal, some to share with very close family members and friends for guidance and instructions.  Some to share publicly, some are answerers to our deep thoughts and prayers, thus removing all fears, anxieties and longing of the soul.

The LORD promises to teach us great and mighty things we know not of; so these revelations sometimes blow the hats off my head.  Note as we feed ourselves with His Word and saturate in prayer, our spirit is saturated by its washing to receive from Him.

GOD’s ways and thoughts are not like mine, they are much higher.  As I look to Him as a child, He will lead and guide me by speaking tenderly to my heart…….I remember until today the deep instructions of my mother.  They guided and protected me.  I had a good father….they are both in heaven.  Dad was very quiet, but unlike most mothers who are generally more in tuned to the souls of her family, Mom gave me profound and long lasting instructions which from time to time,  have passed on to my children.

“My son, hear the instructions of thy father, and forsake not the law of thy mother. For they shall be an ornament of grace unto thy head, and chains about thy neck” Proverbs 1:8-9 KJV   The NKJ version speaks of law as instructions.     Note:  He did not say, “They will be an ornament of confusion to our head and chains about our neck to bind us up and put us into bondage.”  This is what the world offers.

I never forget the vision I saw only 2 weeks after my first marriage in London, England.  On a bright sunny Saturday evening, I saw myself bound in huge links of chains from my head to my toes.  I immediately repented and 100% committed myself to Father’s guidance.  I saw the red flags, but I disobeyed and was gullible and went into this marriage and endured 18 months of hell with its overflow. The LORD spoke to my heart right there and then and gave me clear instructions to return to nursing school to do my Midwifery training.  My best moments were while I was away from home in Midwifery School.  The LORD instructed me not to go to school locally, as I would never be able to complete my studies.  I went far away, where I had to reside in Staff accommodations. Instructions continue until today.

I returned to my homeland, as He instructed and subsequently led me to this country after clear instructions to return to England to complete a required course in order to take the Nursing Board exams to work in the USA. All this was contrary to my plans,  to return home for good.  I give thanks as He led me here to a wonderful, caring husband who is my friend, my lover and my husband.   As long as I remain close to Him, I have less chances of missing them.  I’m not perfect, I miss it sometimes.

As I write, I am reminded that as an encourager, I must be prepared to be transparent.  I do not like it, but I must be obedient.   JESUS our Savior was more than transparent for us.  I am to comfort you with the same comfort I have received.  Please see 2 Corinthians 1:3-6

The time and season we are living in calls for stillness and redemption of times lost.  It is time to seek the LORD and stay as close to Him as possible.  Listen to His soft gentle voice and obey.  A few weeks ago, in a dream, I saw piles of papers I had journal and they were sitting there waiting to be published.  Obedience is calling out and we who have been called to write, must share what the LORD has given us to edify our souls, our families and the body of Christ.  He has anointed us with the pen of the ready writer.

Let us be quiet, listen, obey and carry out our Divine instructions and mandate.

Blessings and happy Spring from God’s Precious Pearls.

Lead me Dear LORD, lead me.

From the Desk of “God’s Precious Pearls”

January 27th 2015

How often have we pondered and concerned ourselves with wanting to make sure we are in Father’s will?  This is the heartfelt cry and longing for the child of GOD.  I know it is for me and even so much more recently.
Sometimes for whatever reason we go off course and become less focused on our mission and GOD given assignment.  Sometimes it was not a matter of wasting time, but doing what we often think that this “good thing, was a GOD thing.”
Recently as I have been seeking the LORD, I sense the tug in my spirit to stay on focus and concentrate on my mission and assignment.  I am sharing this, because I know that this is the heartfelt cry of all His children.  I have personally experienced derailment in the work He has instructed me to do as I serve elsewhere.  There is nothing wrong with serving elsewhere, but we must give account for our assignment and make it a priority.
Sometimes our derailment causes pain, disappointment and not wanting to move on. Even now we know of many leaders who have given up because of pain and disappointment.  As it is for me and one who is called to encourage the Body of Christ….. “God’s Precious Pearls,” His Bride,  I am encouraging you not to lose heart.  I know I am speaking to many at this time.  Even as I am encouraging myself, I encourage you also to revisit your mission and GOD given assignment; whatever that assignment may be.
Sometimes we want to be validated and approved by man and if we do not have that we feel we were not called in the first place.  The LORD has delivered me from that fear.  As He spoke to my heart, it was not man who called us in the first place, He did.  Man cannot and quite likely would not have called us because they do not see nor know our hearts.  Sometimes they see what GOD has placed there and find it hard to encourage us.  Instead they may want us to feel that there is something wrong with us….we may be “grandiose or delusional, off course or strange.”  With GOD’s help as we recognize where we have fallen short, we repent from doubting our assignment and in returning we will find rest and the anointing to pick up the pieces and move on.  In times like these we need a Savior and we are the hands extended for the Savior.
I never forget my dear mother from whom I gleaned the gift of hospitality.  She did not have a pulpit ministry, but she served the LORD faithfully through encouragement and the ministry of helps within the church and her community.   I never forget the Sunday evening she felt lost because there was no more “Goddie Mary,” to take the Sunday dinner and cool tropical drink to. Every Sunday, she made sure the dear elderly lady in our village received her Sunday dinner.  We would feel like “Little Red Riding Hood” as we trotted through the coffee and coco trees to her little house to deliver her dinner.  “Goddie Mary” passed away quietly and suddenly without any warning, other than, “feeling tired.”  She asked her neighbor, not to leave for the market and on checking on her shortly after, she was gone.  Only moments before that she was giving her final instructions on her tiny estate and funeral arrangement. At age 93, never having had a Doctor’s visit, she walked around her property doing odds and ends then laid down to rest before her flight.
On returning from the city, I learned of her passing.  I went to her tiny home and as a trained nurse, I laid her body out so that rigor mortise would not set in and the undertakers having problems preparing her body for burial.
I sensed a satisfaction in mother as she knew she had fulfilled her then given assignment and it was time to listen for the next.
It is before GOD and GOD alone that we have to stand and give account for the assignments and talents He has given to us for His Glory.  No excuse will answer for us
I speak to that weary and discouraged soul today and even as I encourage myself…….. “Do not lose heart, it is GOD who called us in the first place….. “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love GOD, to them who are the called according to His purpose. For whom He did foreknow, He also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of His Son that He might be the first-born among many brethren. Moreover whom He did predestinate, them He also called and whom He called, them He also justified; and whom He justified, them he also glorified. What shall we then say to these things? If GOD be for us, who can be against us?’  Romans 8:28-31 KJV
My prayer is that our hearts will be quickened again to visit that place and do not lose heart.  As I am encouraging you, I too am encouraged.  Let us ……..  “lay aside every weight, and the sin which do so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus the Author and Finisher of our faith…………..”  (Reference Hebrews 12: 1-2)  The LORD may have called you to simply send greeting cards to the sick and shut in.  Let us be faithful in the little things and He will bless us with the bigger things.
Much love, Blessings and Prayers as we serve our LORD Jesus.

From the Desk of God’s Precious Pearls

May 13th, 2014

“For the LORD GOD is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will He withhold from them that walk uprightly.  O LORD of hosts, blessed is the man that trusteth in Thee.”  Psalm 8:11-12 KJV

How beautiful it is to abide within the courts of the LORD.  This is a place and atmosphere of safety, worship and indescribable beauty that cannot be fully described.

The Psalmist says, “How amiable.”  This means, “how lovely,” “how beautiful.”  He really did not have enough words to describe the beauty of GOD’s dwelling place.  It was through worship and abiding, he recognized the beauty of GOD’s holy place that he could not fully and adequately describe.  When we experience God’s presence, we can never truly and adequately describe it, hence we can only say, “O Lord you are so awesome.”

Within the beauty of this tabernacle, he saw so much.  Verse 2 tells us that the sparrow had found comfort, rest, shelter, provision and safety.  All they needed was there.  What about us GOD’s children?  He says He cares for us more than the sparrows. “Behold the fowls of the air; for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them.  Are ye not much better than they?”  Matthew 6:26. KJV

How blessed are we who dwell in Father’s house?  Praises and gratitude constantly bubbles and overflows within us.  Our constant focus is to worship Him and express our gratitude; hence we can worship and pray unceasingly.  We also walk in the fear of the LORD, thus always glorifying Him.  Like the Psalmist, we will also see the beauty of the LORD all around us and when we discern anything contrary, it moves us to intercession.

Within our very dwelling place, we can build and establish a sanctuary or tabernacle for the LORD.  Our very meeting place within our homes become an “alter of incense.” A place where an alter is built and sweet incense of worship and intercession arises.  We must not consider it strange when we experience His sudden time of visitation.  How often have we suddenly stopped in our daily activities with the absolute thrust to worship Him? It was a time of visitation.  If only we could see all around us; but our spirit bears witness with the Holy Spirit’s visitation.

Because our hearts are set on the LORD, we are always prepared for the desert experiences in our lives.  We will find a well spring of His presence, where we can be refreshed.  Here we “go from strength to strength.”  We do not go from strength to weakness.  We gain more strength as we abide in the presence of the LORD.

As we abide in His presence, even as the Psalmist did, we cry out for more of Him and petition Him for the light of His countenance to shine on us.  I recall praying this many times, not knowing too this was the Psalmist’s prayer.

Our longing souls desire only to be in the presence of the LORD.  We would rather be, “………a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness.”  We would be more satisfied to keep the door than to have the best seat in the place of wickedness; even this position satisfies the longing soul.

Within the tabernacle of the LORD, we receive from Him all that we need.  We see Him as He is and we experience His love, warmth and protection.  We are confident that our lives and our desires are in His hands.  The very light rays of His presence will lighten our paths and there we will be led and guided even as He led the children of Israel, by day and by night.  When we face danger, He is our Shield and he will protect our coming in and our going out.  All that we need will be provided for because, “………no good thing will He withhold from those (you/me)  that walk uprightly.” Psalm 84:11.

This is indeed a “Pearl of Psalms,” for the child of GOD.  “The young lions do lack and suffer hunger; but they that seek the LORD shall not want any good thing.” Psalm 34:10.  “But it is written, eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which GOD hath prepared for them that love Him.”……Amen!!! JJ

I thank the LORD indeed for His promises today that..  “no good thing will He withhold from those (me) who walk uprightly.”   I receive these words from the LORD because my heart is set on a pilgrimage to “walk uprightly.”

The Lord alone is my Strength

From the Desk of “God’s Precious Pearls

April 4th 2014

Psalm 145:17 “The LORD is righteous in all His ways and holy in all His works.”

Most of us if not all, are always looking for comfort zones in our lives….places of rest and comfort, whatever the need may be……a place of comfort, rest and trust.  Whatever the comfort zones, or the deep longing of our souls for satisfaction and contentment.  This may be looking for a desired job, school, home, friendship, or a place of worship; whatever the deep longing of our soul is…..we are always on the lookout and pursuit for this. Sometimes we are so hot on our pursuit that we are sometimes misled by overlooking obvious signs or “red flags.”

For sure, one person sees and knows the desires of our hearts and the longing of our souls, He knows the beginning and the end.  He knows the doors that are obstacles and closes them and He also knows the open doors which are His and He leads us to them.   I can personally testify of those many GOD ordained opened doors.  We know they are His, because in the natural it would have been impossible and difficult to go through them. I also know of the outcome of ignoring the “red flags.”  Sometimes He puts the desires in our hearts and prepares us, and then He opens the doors for us….and that is our Heavenly Father.

One such example was, while walking home from work, where I worked as a Nurse in my home town in Jamaica, I clearly heard in my spirit, that I was to return to England to pursue a course in Psychiatry, with plans to come to the USA.  That was the last and least in my thoughts.  As far as I was concerned, I had returned home for good.  The LORD went before me and opened the impossible door for training and even prepared me for the interview.

The first questions I was asked, I heard them in my spirit the day before the interview.  My friend Deb with whom I was staying also heard those words and together we discussed the answers with caution to not disclose my plans to travel to the USA.  The outcome was, I was immediately accepted to do this course.  Had the interviewer known I was preparing to travel to the USA, I would not have been accepted.

It is not wise for us to trust the arms of flesh to open those doors for us, unless the LORD chooses such individuals for His glory.

We serve and belong to GOD our Father who, “is righteous in all His ways and Holy in all His works” and all that He does for us is all together perfect, because “His ways are higher than our ways and His thoughts than our thoughts.”  See Psalm 55:8-8.

It is amazing that man will see potentials in us and put up road blocks of different sorts.  He chooses ways to discourage, accuse, hinder….whatever unrighteous or unholy ways the enemy plants in him or her to use, but GOD, is the director and restorer of all things and as long as we look to Him, the all wise and Holy GOD, He will restore all that the locusts have eaten.  As long as we anchor our souls in Him He will never fail us.

The beautiful outcome is daily experiencing joy and peace because of His Holiness and Righteousness.  These go before us always and walk behind to protect us.  This also gives us a confidence that we have never known before because, He alone is our confidence. “For the LORD shall be thy confidence, and shall keep thy foot from being taken.”  Proverbs 3:26

“The LORD is nigh unto all them that call upon Him, to all that call upon Him in truth.  He will fulfill the desire of them that fear Him: He also will hear their cry, and will save them.  The LORD preserved all them that love Him: but all the wicked will He destroy.” Psalm 145:18-20

Do not fret or lose sleep over those who have opposed you.  Forgive and release them to Him and He will repay.

The harvest of the bad seed sown has to be harvested somewhere and as long as we have peace in our souls, we are not the harvester.  It is returning seven fold to the sower.  Hence we are advised to always dig two pit if we want to see our enemies fall into it….One of course is for the sower….See Proverbs 26:27

The other beautiful outcome is entering into GOD’s rest, where our faith and confidence is in Him.  We are confident of the fact that He is leading us and directing us.  We do not lack any good thing, because, “no good thing will He with hold for those that walk uprightly.”   As the Good Shepherd, He gently “leads us to green pastures and beside still waters.”Psalm 23:2.  Here we are fed and our thirsty souls quenched….we are refreshed.  He does not bring doubt nor confusion into our lives, but joy, peace and rest.

Like the Psalmist, we will not, nor cannot be silent, but will always praise the Name of the LORD forever and ever and tell of His marvelous deeds. “My mouth shall speak the praise of the LORD; and let all flesh bless His Holy name forever and ever.”Psalm 145:21

Let us enter that place of rest and ponder on the goodness of the LORD.  Let us recall all His mighty acts to us and with all His glorious promises  and that, He “will be with us to the end of the age.”  Let us remember that no matter what the situation or circumstance may be, as long as we entrust it to Him, He will make all things new and beautiful.

We desire the best for our own children….How can we compare GOD’s best towards and for us?

May your souls be richly encouraged and refreshed, today and always.

Blessed to be called Mother and Wife

       July 15th 2013

I am thankful and blessed….I thank the LORD for my family……I had a lovely conversation with one of my 3 sons yesterday and it blessed my heart to hear him say….. “Mom, I am looking for a woman like you.”  Proverbs 31: 28 “Her children rise up and call her blessed; her husband also, and praises her.”

I have received both such blessings from my children and my loving husband Tom.  On the day of my ordination, my husband spoke at length about my character and being a mother and wife.  “I want you to know that I am married to a virtuous woman,” he said.  When I heard this, I could only but cry with joy and thanksgiving.  I concluded that it did not matter what others thought of me outside my home……My testimony begins at home from those who know me well…..I felt I had run a good race and will continue to do so.  I also said…  “Thank you Father…this is for You….it is all because of You.  You graced me, taught me and empowered me to be an example and blessing to my family.”

What examples do we set for our family?  It is great to be called a “Mighty woman of God” by our sisters and brothers in the LORD; but do we truly have a testimony within our homes and our personal lives?

I learned from my mother as I watched her and as she taught me and my desire is to pass that on to my children, especially my daughter what a “woman of God” truly represents and mean.

To have head my son say this to me meant a lot.  When my oldest son met his wife, he said….”mom you will love her, she is just like you.”  My sisters, our children and our husbands are watching us, they are learning from us.  We set an example and we establish a foundation for many generations, whether it is good or bad…..selfish or nurturing and caring.  I knew a nurturing and caring Mother……..Vielyn Keturah Jackson, and that legacy I will pass on to my children and my grand and great………great…..great grandchildren.  It blesses me to know that I have shown them what a “godly woman” looks like and how to look for one.  One who will builds up and not tears down.  One whose presence is the sweet smelling fragrance of the Lord and sweet like honey; not stench nor toxic.  Remember, this does not come from mere words, but it radiates…..we release a fragrance that draws others to us or repels them.

Nurturing and caring is not always easy as a lot of patience, sacrifice, denying one’s self and sometimes pain accompanies this, but there is much fruit to be born.  The LORD tells us to “………….deny ourselves, take up our cross and follow Him”……Matthew 16:24.  We sometime carry crosses as we occupy this role of mother and wife, but our crosses becomes our LORD’s cross as we accept the final verdict…  “It is finished.”  The enemy will try to inflict nails which cause a lot of pain and denying oneself; but our response will be…  “It is finished……..the victory is mine”

I encourage you today my “sisters,” do not despair, do not lose hope, do not give up the fight. I encourage you to hold on to Father’s hand, let us seek Him for His direction and guidance to be the girl friends, wives, mothers, grandmothers, sisters He is calling us to be.  We will be His best, bearing precious fruits and a lasting legacy for those around us.

I love you all….let us pray for one another and our children and children’s children for many generations.......This is a "Mother's Pearl."

From the Desk of “God’s Precious Pearls.”
Have you sometimes felt as though you are out of Father’s will and you cannot hear Him speaking?
As God’s special child and His “Precious Pearls” He has not left you…..He is very near…much closer than you think.  He is also speaking, but our busy schedules have taken the place of not being able to hear His soft and gentle voice.  He is still speaking and as soon as our souls become still, we will again hear Him speaking……..He delights in us because as His “Pearls,” we are not only beautiful on the outside, but mightily beautiful on the inside.  Our outward beauty is only a reflection of our inside.
Inside, we have a Heart of Gold which is pleasing to The LORD.  This Heart of Gold always glorifies Him, even when we are not actively aware of it, because that is our lifestyles and that is what a Heart of Gold does.  Many may think we glorify Him by worshiping Him or doing things for Him or working in the Kingdom.  Sometimes this demonstrates “self worship” and brings attention to ourselves instead of to Him….He does not share His Glory with anyone…Isaiah 42:8.
It is the heart of Gold….a pure heart that is always in a state of glorifying Him.  He delights in that and our lives then become a sweet smelling fragrance to Him. This is the fragrance that draws others to Him through us……Here we are bringing Him Glory.
Guard this Heart of Gold well.  Do not allow anything or anyone to tarnish it.  A real “Pearl” is a reflection of a “Heart of Gold.”
Be still always and know that He is GOD……For a while during my busy schedule this has been my reflection. At times I felt spiritually malnourished, until in a moment of stillness this morning, Father spoke these words of inspiration to me.  These were words of comfort and strength encouraged and revived my soul, when I heard His gentle voice speaking to me……………”You are my Pearl, because you have a Heart of Gold.  I have not forsaken you.  I am always speaking, but you have been too busy to hear Me.  I am with you because your heart always glorifies me in all that you do. I promised never to leave nor forsake you, I am always with you because your Heart of Gold always glorifies me even when you are not actively aware of it…Your lifestyle glorifies Me. It is not what you do that brings me Glory as that sometimes brings ‘self glory’.  I do not share My Glory with anyone. You can only hear me when your soul is at rest.”
I do not boast in this, I feel led as an encourager and “God’s Precious Pearls, to share this with you as we strive for Holiness and our daily efforts to be His “Pearls.”
Let us continue to encourage each other as long as it is called today…Hebrews 3:13.  Strive for a heart of Gold that will always produce a sweet fragrance of worship to the LORD, so He can dwell among us.  This is a place of safety.

Silent Night

So still was the night our Savior came

Shepherds heard the Glorious anthem

“Peace on earth,” the Angels sang

“Goodwill toward all men

The Savior of the earth is born

Born to save all mankind”

Oh what glorious night that was

The air was filled with Joy and Peace

A gift so precious came to earth

As the Angels announced our Savior’s birth

“Be not afraid” the Angels said

For The Son of God has come to bruise Satan’s     head

As Promised long ago

“We now announce your Savior’s birth

Make haste and see The Savior lay

In a bed made of hay

In a stall so cold and bare

Follow the star be not afraid

Go see your Precious Savior Dear

Jesus Christ, The Son of God”
